David joined Southfield Capital in January 2007. Prior to that, he founded Dominion Acquisition Company, LLC, an advisory firm that provided guidance to companies regarding acquisition and integration strategies. At Dominion, David successfully reorganized two companies: a $160 million consumer products manufacturer and a $75 million industrial products manufacturer. He has also served as President, Chief Financial Officer and Director of North Atlantic Holding Company, Inc. and its predecessors, a $130 million SEC reporting consumer products company. His tenure there featured the acquisition and integration of two companies, which led to a tripling in size for North Atlantic. David has also served as Managing Director at Societe Generale, where he managed leveraged finance activities for financial sponsors; oversaw the bank's structured tax business; served as President of SG Leasing Corporation; and established the Societe Generale Investment Corporation, serving as its first president. Before Societe Generale, he was employed by The First National Bank of Chicago as a Managing Director in its Investment Banking Division and was a member of its Underwriting Committee. David is currently on the board of directors of TS3 Technology.
David earned a B.A. degree in Chemistry from Emory University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Georgia State University.
