Marsha joined Southfield Capital in December 2008. Prior to joining Southfield Capital, she worked at Dolphin Management Company, a hedge fund investing in small-cap equities and special situations. Prior to that, she was an Analyst at Riverside Company, a middle-market private equity firm, and an Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Merrill Lynch.

Marsha holds a B.S. in Chemistry from University of California, Berkeley and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
