Southfield Capital Announces Dividend Recapitalization of RCR International, Inc.

Greenwich, CT - Southfield Capital Advisors, a private investment firm focused on the lower middle-market, announced today that its portfolio company RCR International, Inc. (“RCR”) has completed a dividend recapitalization. Based in Boucherville, Quebec, RCR is a leading manufacturer and value-added distributor of insulation, flooring and utility products for the professional and do-it-yourself markets. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

“The consistent earnings generated from a well-executed business plan allowed RCR to repay substantially all of its debt and provided us the opportunity for a dividend recapitalization” said Vince Tyra, Chairman of RCR, “In addition, we are comfortable with André Daigle's future plans for the company and believe it is very well-positioned to continue to create value for shareholders going forward.”
