Southfield Capital Promotes Marko Nikolic to Vice President

GREENWICH, CT - Southfield Capital, a growth-oriented lower middle market private equity firm, announced today the firm has promoted Marko Nikolic to Vice President.

The promotion recognizes Marko’s contribution to the firm’s growth and highlights the continued strengthening of its investment team. Marko joined Southfield Capital in June 2015 as a Senior Associate and brings a wealth of experience to his role. Marko is responsible for leading due diligence and execution of new investment opportunities, as well as day-to-day portfolio company management.

Since joining Southfield Capital Marko has been involved in the acquisitions of Vanguard Dealer Services, Tier One Relocation and Arpin Military. Marko is a member of the Board of Directors for Tier One Relocation.

Prior to joining Southfield Capital, Marko was an Associate at Waterman Capital, a leading mid-market private equity firm based in New Zealand. Prior to joining Waterman Capital, Marko worked in the Investment Banking divisions of UBS and Rothschild’s affiliate in New Zealand. Marko obtained a Bachelor of Commerce with First Class Honors in Finance from the University of Canterbury.
