Vince joined Southfield Capital in January 2007. Prior to that, Vince was CEO of Broder Bros., a wholesale distributor of imprintable activewear. In his six years with the company, he grew revenue from $325 million to $1 billion and worked with the company's financial sponsor, Bain Capital. He is a former President of Retail and Activewear at Fruit of the Loom. Earlier in his career, Vince was a principal investor and Executive Vice President of T-Shirts & More, a Louisville, KY-based wholesale distributor of activewear. He has also worked in healthcare management for Humana Inc. Vince is currently on the board of directors of Total Fleet Solutions, RCR International, Hallcon and BioPharm Communications.
Vince graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.S. degree in Health Administration, where he also was a member and two-year captain of the baseball team.
