As Executive Chairman at Truegility, Lum provides long-term strategic vision and thought leadership while advancing innovation and technology. Partnering with executive teams and clients to guide enterprise-scale transformation, Lum is known for distilling complexity into data-driven strategies that improve agility and enable smarter decision-making. Previously, Lum held senior leadership positions at Microsoft and Procter & Gamble, where he pioneered and implemented company-wide finance and analytics capabilities. His work has included real-time reporting infrastructures, performance management systems, and P&L accountability tools.

Lum earned his B.S. in Economics from Northeastern University.
