Jason Jordan joined Southfield Capital as a Commercial Operating Advisor in 2022, after collaborating with the firm since 2019 in both advisory and interim executive roles. He specializes in go-to-market strategy and implementation, bringing deep expertise in B2B sales strategy, operational execution, and performance management.


Jason is the author of the best-selling book Cracking the Sales Management Code, and is recognized for his research and insights into sales metrics, process design, and CRM optimization. Throughout his career, Jason has worked closely with executive teams to build and lead high-performing sales organizations, focusing on hiring, development, and operational rigor.


He holds a B.A. in Economics with honors from Duke University and an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia, where he is also a visiting faculty member in the MBA and Executive Education programs.
