Vince has been affiliated with Southfield Capital since January 2007. Vince currently serves as a Partner and Chief Operating Officer for the private equity funds in addition to his Partner role supporting the mezzanine funds. Vince brings significant executive-level operating experience, having previously served as President & CEO of Gildan (NYSE: GIL); Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy, M&A for Houchens Industries; Vice President and Director of Athletics for the University of Louisville; President and CEO of ISCO Industries; CEO of Broder Bros.; and President of Retail and Activewear for Fruit of the Loom.


Vince is currently Chairman of the Board of Elite Medical Staffing, Board Director of Total Fleet Solutions, Board Director of Togos, and Board Director for Houchens Industries. He has served on various other boards for both public and privately held companies. He graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.S. degree in Health Administration, where he also was a two-year captain of the baseball team.
