Kevin Hardy joined Southfield Capital as an Operating Advisor in 2024. He brings over 20 years of operational and strategic leadership experience, including executive roles in private equity-backed businesses and a foundation in consulting and investment banking.

Prior to Southfield, Kevin served as Vice President of Operations at BusPatrol and Eagleview, where he led global operations teams and managed company P&Ls across multiple business lines. His background also includes over a decade in strategy consulting at LEK and KPMG, as well as investment banking experience with Credit Suisse’s Global Industrials and Services group. Kevin’s expertise spans market entry strategy, product development, operational improvement and automation, and M&A execution and integration.

Kevin earned an M.B.A. with honors and an M.S. in Computer Science with honors from the University of Chicago, and a B.S. in Logistics from Penn State University.
